The Masaari Initiative is a job shadowing program that allows high school students to experience different fields in various workplaces. The students will choose a field based on their interests in order to discover their passion.
During the job shadowing program, students will have the option to rotate between three different organizations for a period of one week each. Furthermore, students will have an introduction session prior to the job shadowing experience to brief them about all the initiative procedures, what it aims for and how it will help them for their future. The session will also include the interaction of parents, stakeholders, school staff and inspirational individuals.
The project aims to encourage high school students at a young age to explore, help and support them in discovering their passion, strengths and abilities. Consequently, the students will develop the ability to make informed choices about their future career paths.
